Using the methodology that is best suited to your research objectives is an important part of achieving the desired results. The Survey Center offers a variety of methodologies to meet your project needs.

Once your survey objectives and methodology are determined, we will provide the services necessary to successfully manage your project. The Survey Center will either field the entire project, or provide select services to support your in-house staff.

Questionnaire Design

A successful study begins with a properly designed questionnaire. To help you achieve this we will:

  • Design a survey instrument appropriate to the selected methodology
  • Create a questionnaire that will ask the questions in a manner that will yield the data you need
  • Determine population size necessary to produce statistically significant data
  • Provide an appropriate sample (contact list) if you do not have one

Mail Surveys

We provide printing, collating, folding, inserting, sealing, stamping and management of outgoing mail. In addition, we manage matched mailings, personalized letters/envelopes and coding of sub-samples. We can provide domestic and international business reply service. We will advise when an incentive is appropriate for increasing response rate.

Telephone Surveys

We offer both CATI and pencil and paper telephone capabilities. CATI is utilized when justified by questionnaire complexity or length. We cover all the steps involved with managing a telephone study, including questionnaire testing, number lookups, interviewer training, implementing the survey and providing progress reports.

Internet Surveys

Internet surveys can either be hypertext linked to your web page for anyone to complete, or we can distribute an e-mail message to a targeted list of desired participants. We will provide HTML programming and CGI scripting, a project specific URL, hypertext linking, survey promotion, where appropriate, and targeted e-mail distribution services.

    All data is 100% verified. Answers to open-ended questions are coded to create manageable/significant tables. Full lists of verbatim answers will be included either in the table or as an appendix.

    Data Tabulations

    Easy to read data tables are available in a variety of formats. In addition, we can provide detailed cross tabulations for examination of important sub-samples.

    Report Formats

    All reports are customized to specific client applicants. Our actionable reports may include topline results, executive summaries, sales 'fact' sheets, conclusions, presentation graphics and overheads. Finalized reports are available electronically or can be produced in black and white or full color.
